He's immune to fear, I learned that the hard way.
I solo'd as a deep frost mage at 63 pretty easily, just use the bridge to the east of him. Just hit him with a fire blast whenever its up to keep him tag'd and jump off the bridge when he gets close to you. Then run up the ontop of the bridge again and nuke him. repeat till dead.

Description
A bounty is hereby declared by the Cenarion Expedition on Rajah Haghazed, leader of the Darkcrest naga. Haghazed was last sighted by Cenarion scouts at the Lagoon, in the central southern region of Zangarmarsh. The Darkcrest have been linked to numerous attacks against the Cenarion Expedition and their leader is considered extremely dangerous. Those seeking to claim the bounty are advised to report to Warden Hamoot.
