Since the rep increase stops when hitting honored, you want to get as close as you can
to the end of Friendly before doing the last hand in. You will want to push your rep as far as possible into Honored
when handing in the last one.
So when you're starting to get to the end of Friendly, change to the other hand in quest, "Single marks of Kil'jaeden" (its a quest from the same guy, difference is you only hand in 1 Mark of Kil'jaeden instead of 10).
Using them get to 5975/6000 Friendly. Then once again hand in 10 Marks of Kil'jaeden which will bring you to 225/12000 Honored.

I'm not sure what you mean by this... Adyen is located in Aldor Rise in Shattrath at the top of the elevator, not in the Bone Wastes.
NPC wont talk to you? Haven't selected a faction? You didn't talk to A'dal yet and he won't speak to you? Are you feeling snubbed? No worries.
Just find the Haggard War Veteran just outside the entry to the center of the city where A'dal is. He'll get you started on your way!Unfortunately since I am level 85 the low level quest did not appear on the map, so I had to do the old mouse and click trick. LOL.

Description
As you probably know, {name}, the Aldor are keepers of the Light and servants of the naaru. Diametrically opposed to us are the agents of the Burning Legion - demons bent on the destruction of worlds and the corruption of the innocent. If you wish to prove yourself to the Aldor, bring me the insignias of low-ranking Legion and their Shadow Council followers. We know of a Shadow Council hideout in the Bone Wastes and there are many Legion outposts in Nagrand and the Blade's Edge Mountains.
