Just as an FYI also, they are unique 20. So you only get 20 potions before you leave the area. :-(
Stockpiling 100 to turn in will only make you cry, Those last 20 you got? Yeah.. worthless.
This is true, get all the potions you want when you get this quest because once you move on you can't even pickup the skulls, and you can't turn in the ones you already have anymore.
