TheWoWDBIn the 2nd time that Horde had access to the Darkshore WarFront, I only had access to Remaining Threats. Both this quest & Buzzkill were unavailable.Turns out, both this quest & Buzzkill are only available once per character. From a GM response:
Taking a look here, I understand that you are not able to pick up the quests, "Buzzkill" and "Tapping the Breach" with [Toon1]-[Server] and [Toon2]-[Server] and not sure as to why.
Please note that these quests are not repeatable and can only be done once per character.
I took a look at both characters and I saw that they both completed these quests in the past so therefore, they don't see them again :)

Description
Darkshore is home to several elemental breaches which hold massive amounts of power. The remnants of the Twilight's Hammer know this. While we were preoccupied with the Kaldorei, their elementalists have moved to exploit these locations of power, calling forth massive elementals to do their bidding. Their actions must not go unchecked.
