What do you mean? I'm pretty sure I've done this quest but on Quest Completist it's showing as incomplete, but it's available no where? Only this, Void Extract and Zul'tan the Numerous left on Mac'ree.
looks like i made error on the import of quest`s for npc 120533, this npc domt give this quest will fix it in the next release, but im still wondering how to get this one ^^

We begin our search now, {name}. The Crown of the Triumvirate was created to spread the Light's touch to all. With it, our culture thrived.
