TheWoWDBPretty simple quest. You can buy the Gingerbread Cookie recipe from the goblin next to the quest-giver. If you don't know cooking go learn it from the cook in Origrammer, you only need to have the level 1 skill. Then you can learn the recipe. Now you can get the spices from the girl who you got the recipe from and also the Holiday Spices. I bought the 5 eggs from the AH (seemed a little expensive at 1G for 5 eggs) and I got the milk from a vendor in the Inn. Go to a fire, and cook away. Return the cookies to Great Father Winter (located across from where you got the quest)!

Seeing nobody wants to give the specifics... The Goblin who sells the Gingerbread Cookie recipe is [npc=13420] (52.6, 77.3) in front of the AH in The Valley of Strength, Orgrimmar. Penny is standing to the right of quest giver [npc=13418]. Penny is right under the little overhang attached to the cart behind them both, she's easy to miss. If you still can't find her, just copy/paste this into your chat: /target Penney Copperpinch
