I've found and killed him many times now, but he NEVER drops anything!
I've been using Wholly to track the quests I've missed over time, and there are quite the handful I'm missing, but I can't find any of the respective NPC.
Help?

Elite is in Gorgrond at 51.57, 41.67. If you don't have flying, there is a path to the south around 51.72,42.48. Respawn was less than 5 minutes.
Killing this elite also gives credit towards Gorgrond Monster Hunter.
