After you complete every story arc quest in the zone (A - Putting the Gore in Gorgrond, H - Putting the Gore in Gorgrond), you can buy Gorgrond Treasure Map from Grakis(Ally) / Srikka(Horde), in Ashran which will show on your map the location of virtually every treasure in that zone.
Including caches lootable via your choice of either Lumber Mill or Sparring Arena.

Rewards from the treasures include gold, Garrison Resources, green BoEs, blue BoPs and even Toy Box items. Items looted can proc an upgrade of rare -> epic, just like quest rewards.

Description from official site:

The industrial development of the Blackrock clan has left the once-glistening oasis of Gorgrond a desolate, rocky badland, its only remaining natural produce the steam that boils up from massive vents beneath the earth. Gorgrond has become the source of the Iron Horde’s arsenal—its foundries churn out weapons, armor, and torrents of smoke great enough to be seen from neighboring lands.

Gorgrond, as mentioned above, is home to the Blackrock clan, led by Blackhand. There are 3 dungeons also located here-The Everbloom, Grimrail Depot and the Iron Docks.
Blackrock Foundry will be a level 100 raid to feature a young Gruul and Blackhand himself as a boss.
