After getting exalted with the Netherwing, and completing Lord Illidan Stormrage you can pick a quest for a free netherdrake of whichever color you like, and buy the other colors for 200g each.
I've already decided I'm going to go with Zoya when I complete this. Green drakes are awesome, and remind me of Anne McCaffrey.
