Mist-Touched Leather

Requires a fishing pole...? Wait, what?

Apparently in Pandaria the devs were playing around with the idea of some sort of leatherworking perk to let you make an Exotic Leather piece out of only four - instead of five - scraps. (In this expansion, scraps are called sha-touched leather, but they're still scraps in every way.)

This is the spell they were going to use for it, I gather.

Apparently this never made it in.

Why would you want it anyway? After your first two areas, you won't get any scraps. Going out of your way for this perk, even a little, would be rather ridiculous. I guess that's what they figured. Saved the completionists a headache, but sadly it still shows up on your battlenet recipes not learned tab.

Toss me an upvote if you found your way here from there, for setting your mind at ease once and for all (and I'll say it unambiguously): No, you cannot get this. This is not in the game.
