It seems the Profiler of Wowhead incorrectly shows this recipe as incomplete even though you have it on your character.
Probably caused by this not being a real recipe since the materials required to create this bandage is automatically reduced when you reach 600 skill with First Aid.
This version of Heavy Windwool Bandage is learned from the First Aid trainer and is available at 550 skill level. Upon reaching 600 skill level in First Aid, this spell will automatically convert to [spell=102699] which only costs 2 Windwool Cloth to make instead of 3. There is no need to see the trainer again.
The bandages made from either spell are exactly the same and heal for the same amount. The only difference is the crafting cost.
