MATS: Specialty mats? [item=74673] made from Emperor Salmon x 1 & Scallions x 1 (hard to get mats early on?) Most likely from the new "farming" side of MOP not a kill and gather items. Level 90 required not yet available on Beta (more to come/edit on this)
- To get to 550 cooking you can start with lower level (starter Spirit food)
- [item=74672] , Mats: Giant Mantis Shrimp x 1 which is found in the The Jade Forest the 85-86 level zone so easier to get.
Sold by TBD (MOP cooking daily currency reward?). It requires 550 cooking so will be tight first first few weeks into MOP. Orange from 550-569, Yellow 570-574 grey at 580.

I was a bit confused by this when I first reached 90, so to clarify: You can turn in one stack of 5 of these per day. With all the dishes that you turn in for "A dish for..." dailies, if you have at least 1 in your inventory, you will be able to get the quest, and you can turn in when you have all 5.
