Not sure why this enchant is +11 in game, not +14..
Currently (BfA) this enchant is +9 in-game (not +11 as wowhead says). That scalling messes up wowhead and in-game numbers..

If nothing else I wish there were options for other secondary stats, in case mastery just isn't your thing.
