Does stack with [spell=96268], does NOT stack with Death's Advance.
It's worth noting that this stacks with most (if not all) movement speed increases from talents and class specializations. Confirmed to stack with Feline Swiftness and also with the movement speed increase from Cat Form. This makes it a very powerful enchantment for pretty much any situation where you need to move.
Oh, but I'm not using it! I just tried it to see if it would work.
Patch 6.0.2 introduced new movement speed stacking rules which affect this enchantment. The enchant was also modified to increase movement speed by 10%, up from 8%.
And, for you Paladins out there:
With the new movement speed rules in Warlords, Pandaren's Step now does stack with Pursuit of Justice! In patch 6.0.2 with the enchant active and talented with Pursuit of Justice, my movement speed is 125% with no holy power. With three holy power it is 140%. Pretty nice, especially for running old content!
Edit: Sadly, Pandaren's Step got hit with the same nerf-bat as most other old enchantments and can only be applied to items with lower than 600 item level. However, the new cloak enchantments (Crit, Haste, Mastery, Multistrike, Versatility) include a 10% movement speed increase, which should stack with Pursuit of Justice the same way.
Sadly it doesn't stack with Rogue's Fleetfooted. Unless the character sheet just doesn't update with it.

Does anyone know if this stacks with a hunter's aspect of the cheetah/pack?
All the boot speed enchants work the same way, so if you have experience with another boot speed enchant (like blurred speed), do say.
The new cloak enchants don't stack with the old boot enchants. However Pandaren Step is the cheapest when you want mastery on boots.
Increases run speed by 8%. Does not affect mount speeds.
Minor speed increase is 10% starting patch 6.0 (additive with personal passive speed increases)
At least as of 11.1.7, the spell states that it can only be applied to items lower than ilevel 376, but actually provides zero movement speed increase.
The question is why are you using a fleet primal diamond?
