Correction... it USED TO drop from the Dalaran Spellscribe who spawned in Ambermill. I had a /tar macro set up just for him/her (spawned as a male and female) for when I was in the area. I probably obtained 10 of these kitties over the years. But in the post-shattered world of Cataclysm there is no more Dalaran Spellscribe npc and this pet is now a rare 'zone drop' off any Hillsbrad Foothills mob. according to: warcraftpets.com
