I tried using this in an Isle of Conquest BG, i found out that it cloaks Glaive Throwers and possibly other vehicles as of now. If this is a bug or not i don't know. They did however become visible for a second when attacking.
This is what I call a well thought out cooldown. I always felt that unique cooldowns should be the class sharing their talents with the group.
This allows a rogue to share their trademark stealth
Very well thought out spells, and I hope to see more raid cooldowns along this way in the future.
