The best way to farm up mats for these potions is to head to Fungal Rock in Un'goro Crater. There Ghost Mushrooms seem to spawn in groups of 20 at a time, though only 6 or so nodes will be up in the cave at any time but when one is harvested, another will instantly spawn until all 20 are used up. After this the 20 will respawn in a few minutes.
The other mat for this potion, Sungrass, can also be found in Un'goro but it is well scattered across the zone. Farmers are much better off heading to nearby Thousand Needles to harvest some while waiting for the Ghost Mushroom in the cave to respawn.
Say that I shadowmelded to get out of combat and then popped one of these and I had a bleed or DoT on me. Would the ticking damage break my invisibility like it would do to vanish?
