TheWoWDBAll the stormscale- and misthide-items, have a chance of giving blue quality items with a higher itemlevel. This Cloak of the Mists however, does not seem to proc blues.
I just created 40 cloaks and have yet to see one. I may of course be subject to hatred from the RNG-gods, so any confirmation based on more data would be welcome.Edit: I just made 40 more, for a total of 80, without any blues.

Thats good to know, didnt quite make as many cloaks, but nice to know it doesnt follow the pattern for the crafted 384 greens. Also the BS and tailor crafted greens can proc a 415 blue. I made crafted 384 greens for my alts, much better than their 320s gear from questing to 85.
It seems these cloaks might have random statuses, like the gear sets from Leatherworking and Tailoring.
