this is going to be a quick dps fix for all melee plate wearers (hit & mastery).
The inexpensive mats only 8 x Prismatic Scale means this will be a common leather working leveling item (cheaper in AH) so buy it before you hit 90 (for most). After the first week of crazy prizes this "should be" a Crazy eddie priced item on AH, cheap & good until you get an epic drop.
NOTE: Spirit of Harmony x 1 is/used to be required for the Cape. May be more expensive if this item is need to make the back piece.
