Found from a Pandaria Treasure called Banana Infused Rum which drops this recipe, the treasure can be found on the Unga Ingoo island where the ship front is at.

The recipe for this drink includes a silkworm pupa. It's a reference to famous, gimmicky kind of alcohol from Mexico called "mezcal con gusano", which includes a worm from the Hypopta agavis species at the bottom of the bottle.
