Agi leather wearers kind of get the shaft on their goggles. All the rest of the goggle recipes call for a single rare gem, whereas this one needs a primal diamond that takes 6 rare gems to make.
as the item is BOP you can create it only for yourself and the game allows you to make only helmet for your class - as this is leather, it is available only for druids, monks and rogues.
