As of this comment. I can't find a single trainer that offers this recipe.
Been looking with several trainers to find the recipe for this, when I thought to check if I somehow already had it.
Not sure if I bought it earlier (I did buy some recipes months ago that I was planning on making someday) or if it is automatically learned but yeah, if you can't find it, check your skills. It is in classic schematics even though it's 575 skill, under 'devices'
