TheWoWDBCharmed critters are considered as minions unlike other non-combat pets (companions), so players can have up both of them. They don't follow player into instances (even disappear after using heartstone) and will despawn if player flies too far away. If player tries to charm another critter, the old one will despawn. So no army of bunnies.

If you charm a critter and have a companion that kill critters like toxic wasteling, he will attack your minion so better to dismiss it if you want to keep your critter charmed... lol
