Works similar to Smokey's Lighter, a trinket reward from a quest at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands.
This trinket creates an flamethrower in an AOE cone of roughly 180 degrees in front of you, doing 60-69 dmg a tick x 10 seconds to all targets within it. Can also backfire and set you on fire for several seconds (similar to a Conflagrate effect from General Drakkisath in UBRS).
5 minute cooldown.
The ticks can crit, and do so often.
