Teleport: Vale of Eternal Blossoms

As of patch 5.0.5 (16057), this spell does not get added to your pop-out Teleport or Portal feature. When you learn this spell, it gets added to your "General" tab in your spell book as a stand-alone spell, and not in a pop-out of it's own.

For people like me that have Mage alts and came back to the game after a long absence, you can get learn this at any of the Portal Trainers. I had forgotten all about them and where they were after being gone so long.

Apologies if this post seems redundant, but after digging around for 20 minutes through the portal comments I was totally lost.

This spell (along with Portal: Vale of Eternal Blossoms) is currently offered by all Portal Trainers on Live realms for level 90.
I expect this to teleport the user to his/her faction specific shrine in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
