Seems to have been added to the recipe list in 5.1 for no apparent reason. You can create Windwool Gloves with ilvl 384 which can proc into blue's instead of a greenie. There are only two differences between the two:
- Windwool Gloves dish out a random enchantment so you don't know if crafting them will yield you enchantments that work for your class.
- Bipsi's Gloves are crafted with Cataclysm mats while Windwool Gloves use Pandarian mats.Since I was already at skilllvl 600 when I picked this one up, I can't be sure but they might be a proper transition in the crafting list from lvl 500-525.
