Blacksmiths will have to wait until Stage 3 for the forge to be accessed for new recipes like these.

After your lucky enough to loot [item=94721], you will start this quest: Lightning Steel
- After completing that quest you will receive [item=94111] and [item=94553]
- You will now be able to make Lightning Steel Ingot, you need Ghost Iron Bar x10
- Quote: "In the process, you may gain additional knowledge of Ghost Iron, and discover a Blacksmithing plan you have yet to learn"
When opening [item=94553] you could receive any of these 7 plans:
- Plans: Lightning Steel Ingot
- Plans: Thunder, Reborn
- Plans: Fireguard, Reborn
