Quilen Hide Boots

Just learned how to craft these boots via Magnificence of Leather!

These are a good investment in my opinion because there are only one pair of boots in the typical loot tables in the Throne of Thunder raid. Spurs of the Storm Cavalry drop off Iron Qon and, because he is the 10th boss in the raid, a lot of players might not get the chance to loot him very often. Plus the drop rate is low. Definitely a good way to use your Haunting Spirits! (Especially if you favor haste over mastery).

Also, the only other thing for agility-leather toons that you can craft with haunting spirits is Quilen Hide Helm which costs more haunting spirits (8 instead of 6) and is comparable to Lightning-Eye Hood which drops at a much higher rate (nearly 10%) off the first boss of ToT, Jin'rokh the Breaker whom most players will encounter much more often than Iron Qon.

There are a zone drop out there but it is very rare (highest rate is off Manchu at 0.3% it seems...Iron Qon trash again) and they do not have sockets for gems so the crafted Quilen Hide Boots are still the best investment you can make if you're in a progression guild since you'll be having more chances at a 522 helm than 522 boots.
