These plans can be learned from creating Balanced Trillium Ingot's as a blacksmith. You can create one Balanced Trillium Ingot per day unless you have Spirit's of War. With a spirit of war you can create as many Ingot's as you have Spirits.
Does anyone have a clue what this might be? Possibly 535-555 iLevel crafts that will drop in a future raid? If so, finally the Lightning Steel Ingot will be good for something other than 463-502 iLevel crap weapons.
