Can take a whole lot longer than 28 days to get the recipe. My hunter has a tidal wave of Crafted Malicious recipes. Still no sign of PvE legs or belt. Blizz really got carried away with the PvP recipes learned from hardened hide creations....I could have sworn I got one for a Crafted Malicious Pocket Kerchief of Severe Allergies the other day

No kidding....after accumulating 21 (I didn't use every cooldown) I rushed to look at what I could build, and decide whether or not to make a belt or hold out for the leggers....only to discover that my toon had learned only 1 out of 8 patterns (and naturally, being able to use 3 our of four flavours between two toons, it was the not useful one). I wish there was some alternative way of finding these--right now it really is a daily RNG, with no alternative.
