The "Pattern: Celestial Cloth and Its Uses" dropped for me today off a Maizerly Theif (Plain of Theives) near Silken Fields, as I was over there making my daily Imperial Silk & decided to kill a few things for some more Windwool.
Learned how to create Celestial Cloth.
Made one Celestial Cloth (can only do one per day) & discovered how to make Accelerated Celestial Cloth, White Cloud Belt, and White Cloud Leggings.
Accelerated Celestial Cloth costs 10 bolts of Windwool & 1 Spirit of War and would appear to not have any cool down like Celestial Cloth does.
