TheWoWDBHorde quest item. It summons a green and orange (?) kitten, which you lead into the Moonwell. Afterward, it turns into a "kitten" the size of a large nightsaber.
Not a minipet you can keep, and not available to the alliance at all. At least not at the moment.

Looks like Blizzard intended to make this go live - there's a cat carrier on armory right now called Cat Carrier (Corrupted Kitten).
