Good to know! I have an equivalent paladin talent and they also stack for a total of +25%. Oddly, while the talent does not stack with the Shrine of Two Moons +40% speed buff, this enchant DOES stack for a total of +50% inside the shrine, AND stacks with the engineering rocket belt's +150% for a total of +160%. Interesting...
