TheWoWDBOk so has anyone actually learned this specific spell? From my experience, when you create [item=114943] the first one you make is the blue rare quality one listed, but subsequent ones made when you already have [item=114943] in your inventory automatically become [item=109253].
In others words one spell in your book that makes both tools. If anyone has other results let me know please. I will update this if I find out more information about it.
