TheWoWDBIf you are planning on putting these enchants on heirlooms for leveling you might be interested in knowing how the enchants from different expansions stack up at lower levels. Here is what I found on my level 20 rogue:
The highest quality Legion ring enchants Binding of Haste which give +200 stats at max level give +2 stats at level 20.
The highest quality Draenor ring enchants Gift of Critical Strike which give +75 stats at max level give +10 stats at level 20.
The lower quality Draenor ring enchants Breath of Critical Strike which give +30 stats at max level give +6 stats at level 20.
So for sticking on heirlooms up to at least level 60 the Draenor ring enchants look a lot better
