Hi I'm doing some reading on best enchants and consumables and it appears that my mark of the soldier is not the best for BM hunters despite the main goal being stacking mastery. I have been eating fishbrul special since that is technically the "best" but now i'm curious about your wording. Do pepperbreath and hidden satyr share a proc cd? or can they both trigger independently of eachother?
