This is one of the few references to the goblin capital city, Undermine, in the game. It is projected that this city will eventually become a Sanctuary (similar to Dalaran and Shattrah) in an upcoming expansion.
Jabbey does not exist since the cataclysm where this post says he is (Tanaris 67-22) and according to the GM I spoke with this is still in game-but where?
