This Reflector's schematic drops from the Scarlet Inquisitor trash mob in the Scarlet (aka Live, Human or SC) section of Stratholme, and all direct-damage shadow spells will be reflected (including Death Coil).

This is a must have trinket for all engineers. It is my favorite trinket in pvp against a warlock. Being a rogue, i can just use crippling poison to slow them down and spam hemo and eviscrate.
