This NPC sells 3 colour variations of the Rogue Class mount; this brings the total number of tints available to 4 (1 from the quest, 3 available for purchase).

To purchase the 3 alternate tints from [npc=121282], you need to meet the following requirements:

• Unlock all of the traits on the appropriate Artifact Weapon for each corresponding tint (as per the chart below). This means you need to have 52 traits or more unlocked.
• 
  
• You need to be in the appropriate spec to purchase the mount even if you have met the above requirement; thus, you will have to switch to all 3 specs in front of the vendor to pick up all 3 mounts.

• The base mount is available to ALL specs, by completing the introductory Broken Shore questline, completing all steps of the achievement Breaching the Tomb, then completing the short questline starting with Dread Infiltrators on the Broken Shore.

• The 3 tints, one for each spec, are available by completing Power Ascended by reaching 52 traits on each appropriate weapon.

• Each of the 4 mounts counts as a unique one in your mount collection.

• Despite the fact that each tint sold by [npc=121282] requires progression on a specific weapon, once purchased and learned, your Rogue can use ANY of the four tints at will, regardless of current spec.

• Rogue alts, even lower level ones, can use any of the tints that you unlock on one Rogue.

Kinda disappointing that this mount is almost the same color as Shadowblade's Murderous Omen. On first glance you might think they were the same mount except one has a gray hood and the other a lavender hood. They could have made its feathers purple or some other color to distinguish it from the Murderous mount that all rogues get.
