This mount drop is not a questchain per se. But there are other requirements for this to drop; you need to complete The Wrathsteed of Xoroth, to get the Warlock class mount Netherlord's Chaotic Wrathsteed. Only after this, The Netherlord's Accursed Wrathsteed will drop from Lord Hel'nurath. Usable for Warlocks only.
