Unfortunately if you are a recipe collector, the only way you can get this on Alliance would be the neutral AH. However, if you are just looking to cook your [item=3667], the Alliance equivalent recipe would be Recipe: Crocolisk Gumbo. Note that the differences are that the cooking level is slightly lower than the Horde one (lvl 120 for A, lvl 150 for H) and it only uses 1 of the [item=3667], compared to 2 [item=3667] for the [item=24418].
