This basically casts the spell and says one of these famous quotes at the same time.

Feels like this should maybe be a 1.5 minute CD. It's not terribly useful.

While generating a snare and dealing some damage in the process is nice, this isn't exactly winning any awards for best racial, which is rather unfortunate if you play a nightborne without at least 40% of their damage being magical, you'll basically have no real offensive racial.

It's nice, it's something, but it's not a reason to roll a nightborne, So don't go looking for something that will shake up the meta, because while this would've easily been a good racial at a one minute cooldown. or even 1.5 minute cooldown, it's instead on a three minute cooldown for reasons which are fairly unclear.

On the bright side it seems to at least be stronger than the goblin rocket barrage, in that it's not a waste to use it instead of something else because of GCD all the time.

Has been greatly buffed. The damage still isn’t anything to write home about but it’s now an 80% snare in AoE which is pretty powerful for a racial.
