For melee class levelling up and choosing JWC as a profession, this is one of few possible upgrades (with respect to level) to the awesome Amulet of Truesight. However I don't think +3 dmg is better than +11 hit rating, even at level 45-65. All JWC necklaces are simply poor for melee until 65 when Necklace of the Deep looks reasonable to wear.
Yea I guess I should have included the problem is that it is marked 'Unique' not 'Unique-Equipped.' I have posted it to Blizzard. I hope to have a response soon.
