Mats are not at all worth it. I'm at least hoping Blizz pulls through and makes critical strike/critical hit affect both melee, ranged and spells, or else looks like we're going to have clothie melee DPS, lol.

This is so not worth it at all. That and, from what I know of, the Recipe has never dropped on any server. People know the item exists, if you go to this page you'll find it, clear as day. But I don't think anyone's ever created it. This is probably like one of those items that people know exists, but the only people you'll probably ever see wear it is a Game Master.
