noob question....but this can be enchanted on 2h weapons as well?
Agreed, 30 int is not a full percent of crit for ANY class.
Warlock: 0.366%
All other casters: 0.375%(Paladin's require slightly more int per crit but due to rounding, this doesn't show)
I'm not sure what you were using to calculate but it's 100% wrong.
If it required that little int to get that much crit we'd have most people running around being crit-bots with their crits over 100%
