Yet another somewhat cool potion that might be useful if it wasn't on the same shared cooldown as Health and Mana pots, rendering it completely pointless.
800 threat, who cares on boss fights where you have 100,000
Soul shatter would drop 50% aggro, ie: 50k. This drops 800, and its on a 2 minute cooldown along with potions. No thanks.
