Currently, the only way to learn this flask is to "Discover" it. In TBC, alchemists discover the new flasks by making already known potions.

Old flask recipes can be got by doing rep grinds;
Flask of Chromatic Resistance: Exalted - Lower City
Flask of Distilled Wisdom: Exalted - Cenarion Expedition
Flask of Supreme power: Exalted - Keepers of Time
Flask of the Titans: Exalted - The Sha'tar

Interestingly, There is no known new, upgraded Flask of supreme power.

Guide to discovering potions/flasks/elixirs/transmutes.

For the casual gamer:
- Make sure your transmutation is always on cooldown. (You would probably log in at the same time everyday for a few hours, so keep a few reagents in your bag and do a transmute everytime its up.)

- Make potions and elixirs that you use although buying them from the auction house maybe cheaper than buying the reagents. ( You would probably have a cash flow set back so my advice is to have your second profession as herbalism to have a continuous supply of your own reagents.)

- Make yourself known to your guildmates and in game friends that you are an alchemist so that when party/raid members run low on potions/elixirs you can make some on the spot and charge them for it. (Try to keep stock of vials and herbs for potions/elixirs that move fast e.g netherbloom, terocone, mountain silversage, felweed, dreaming glory, etc...)

- My personal recomendations to such a gamer is to be a potion master. (Please don't flame me with your never ending argument on which mastery is better. I just think that a casual gamer trying to be a mobile alchemy auction house, potions are the most likely item people run out of that are essential to a raid/heroic.)

For the power gamer:
- Your transmutation timer has no excuse to be up. (If you're absent minded or loose track of time, set an alarm.)

- Make potions and elixirs that suffice your usage. Craft the item of your chosen mastery. Spread your crafts on a few items so you don't flood the auction house with one item. You should be able to be the most competetive seller since your procs yield you extra items. ( After a week or two you will be familiar with the items that sell and those that dont. Make more of the ones that do sell.)

- Make macros to advertise yourself as an alchemist on general chat when you cross teritories and trade chat when ur at a major city. (I find that listing some of your best potions/elixirs/flasks helps because not everyone is an alchemist and not everyone knows the available items in alchemy.)

- My personal recomendations to such a gamer is to be a elixir master. (Please don't flame me with your never ending argument on which mastery is better. I just think that a power gamer can spread his liabilities as there are a lot more elixirs compared to potions and such a gamer would be able to gather materials to create flasks {falls under elixir mastery}.)

Tips
- Always have reagents in your bag. If you run low on bag space priorotise for reagents on tansmutations.

- Make frequent trips to the auction house to know prices or download a mod that helps do it for you. I have mods but I still rely on my memory for all alchemy stuff because for alchemy its not an average of price over time. Its the price on that day, that week or that month. If your server is in end game you will be looking at completely different prices of all alchemy items compared to a server that has newly begun.

- Make frequent trips to the auction house to know your competitiors. If you can't beat their prices make a pact with them (e.g. you make certain items they make certain items, or if you're different masteries you should recomend your fellow customers to each other.)

- {More for power gamers} Be up to date on how far and how fast your server is progressing. This way you can be the first to be there with the items. (e.g. I sold more than 250 stacks of greater arcane protection potions alothough i knew how to make major arcane protection potions. At this point in time we're 3-4 months into the expansion and most players are still trying to save up cash or simply can't afford the major potions. On my server now, most guilds dont need them for the curator fight in karazhan but before they were experienced in taking him down they we're willing to pay my outrageous prices to have an edge on the encounters.)

Your speciality is irrelevant to the discovery of recipes. It only effects the yielding you get from making them. Equally, having elixer mastery will _not_ increase your chance to learn flasks quicker, since it's a proc not a cast (The additional pots/elixers/primals)
