Is it used for anything? Seems worthless to me.
Some of the trainers in the Taught By section are incorrect. You cannot, for example, learn this in Orgrimmar or Dalaran (Nagrand).
Head to [npc=18747] in Thrallmar, Hellfire Peninsula, Outlands to learn this. He is at 55.4, 37.6.
Requires Outland Mining 50 to learn.
