TheWoWDBFound my first Aqirite Seam in Hallowfall deep inside of a cave coords;
/way 65.91 18.70 Aqirite Seam Spawn Location(Back of Cave)
Had to search for a day or two as there isn't really much information on where to find these but it speaks for itself that it only seems to spawn inside caves in the Hallowfall/Azj-Kahet zones.
