Primal air x16 - Made out of 160 motes of air.

Best location to get these are either Nagrand around 68, 21 or 49, 25 in Shadowmoon Valley.
The one in Nagrand is quite good these days since there's not many reasons to farm for it anymore.

Primal water x16 - Made out of 160 motes of water

Best location to farm these is without a doubt Nagrand aswell, around 62, 18. A tip is to activate nameplates to easier see if there are elementals below the water.

Hardened Adamantite bar x8 - Made out of 80 Adamantite bars.

If you're a miner:

There should be quite much Adamantite nodes in Nagrand and Netherstorm. So maybe farm some motes in Nagrand, then fly mine and then back to motes?

If you're NOT a miner: Try checking AH. On some servers the price isn't that expensive. Compare the price between the adamantite bars and hardened, since it can sometimes be cheaper to buy the hardened directly.

Primal nether x1 - Last boss in normal/HC dungeons in Outlands

This drops from normal/HC dungeons in the TBC expansion. The last boss in normals have very low drop chance compared to the bosses in HC, where the last boss has 100% chance to drop one.

So if you're getting it, do the HC version.

They're aswell very cheap on AH usually, going for a few gold, so check it out before doing the HCs.

Good luck to everyone. I myself farmed the mats up recently in my quest to get it because of it's extremely sweet look. The head itself isn't very good anymore compared to other items (especially because of its rarity), so this head will mostly be used as a vanity/transmog item.

The hardest part is to find a crafter with the plans, because the plans itself are a world drop from mobs in Outlands above level 64.

Look at the mats and ul get a fair idea !
